Built for Vented fuel tanks, these caps do have a pressure relief system for extreme conditions. Protect your fuel system with this pressure relief feature. Another feature of this fuel cap is the gasket. Made from Nitrile Butyl Rubber, these gaskets hold up in extreme weather conditions. Made not to crack under sub zero temperatures. Also, because it is not rubber, the diesel fuel will not eat away at it causing leaks. Replacements are available if needed.
