Shipping & Returns
- Our products may be shipped from multiple warehouses so it may not be possible for us to group each order into one package.
- We will provide our customers with tracking information as soon as it is available.
- Rush orders needs to be clearly identified within the order comments, called in, or emailed at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number for rush delivery.
- Generally our orders ship within 1-3 business days and on most orders we are able to ship on Saturdays!
- If you require shipping outside of the contiguous United States please call a customer support representative at (855) 866-4639 and we would be glad to process your order over the phone. EZ Truck Store is NOT responsible for Duties and Taxes on International Shipments.
- We charge shipping based on package weight- see below
- EZ Truck Store honors FOB Destination shipping guidelines. If your product shows up damaged or defective - call us! Further, if you ship to a residential address and are not home to accept the package, UPS will leave your products at the front door.

General Return Guidelines
Products must be in its original unused condition to be considered for return (please see below for manufacturer defects, damaged goods, or missing items). All customers must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. Returned items without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will not be accepted. Buyer is responsible for any return freight or shipping costs plus a 15% restocking fee.
Buyer is responsible to notify seller of any shortage or damaged products within 3 working days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for performing the following:
- Inspect shipment for lost or damaged items.
- Sign freight bill as “short”, “damaged”, or “subject to further inspection”.
- Obtain signature of carrier acknowledging lost or damaged merchandise.
- Notify Freight Company of claim and request inspector. Seller is unable to handle damage claim for you, since all damage claims must be adjusted at the delivery point per ICC regulations.
Failure to inspect goods within 3 working days of receipt of goods by the buyer constitutes a waiver of buyer’s rights to inspect and constitutes acceptance of goods in current condition. Costs of inspections are buyer’s responsibility. Requests for RMA’s for shortage or damaged goods after the initial 3 working days are subject to a higher restocking fee, not to exceed 40% at anytime.

- Please email email@example.com to request a refund.
- Please include detailed reasons why you are requesting the refund- (Ez Truck Store has the right to request photos or any additional information prior to issuing an RMA).
- Upon authorization of return by an Ez Truck Store member you will be issued an RMA and instructions on where and how to ship product.
Manufacturer defects/missing items
The customer has 15 days to report missing product(s) or any manufacturer defect to Ez Truck Store. Please follow the above instructions in reporting any missing products or manufacturer defect and we will work tirelessly to either replace or repair the product(s). Defects will require a detailed description so we can work with the manufacturer to resolve the issue. Most manufacturers offer a 1 year warranty- all manufacturer defects and missing item claims are subject to change in accordance with specific manufacturer requirements or guidelines.
Special order products
Any special order placed on eztruckstore.com is non-refundable and are excluded from the above listed guidelines. Some items that are considered special order products include but are not limited to: custom made banners, signs, flags, decals, security assets, custom keyed locks, or any item that is requested by the consumer that is not a regular listed product on our official site.
It is our goal to provide the customer not only with high quality products but with high quality customer service. As stated above, most of our manufacturers provide a 1 year replace/repair policy and we will work with these manufacturers to ensure your product fits your needs. The above stated policies are guidelines that are set in place to provide our customers with an idea of our standard return policies. EZ Truck Store will treat each request on a case by case basis to ensure customer satisfaction.
